Lumpy cream is NOT a defective item. It solidifies at temperatures below 77°F (25℃). Simply place the bottle in 212°F (100℃) boiling water for 15-20 minutes to restore its creamy consistency before use.

Why isn't this product working as well as it claims to?

Please follow these correct steps: 1) Place a HOT TOWEL on your nose for 5-10 minutes to open the pores. 2) Apply a THIN LAYER of the product to the nose during application. 3) Apply the paper and wait 10-15 minutes for it to DRY, then slowly peel it off.

Why does this product smell absolutely terrible? It smells like industrial chemicals.
